Log Work time not shown in Logged Work table

Former user created an issue

We use Atlassian Jira Project Management Software (v7.13.0#713000-sha1:fbf4068) in production. If Work Logs are created in issues, then time is not shown in Logged Work table. All the cells are empty. In the Jira test environment everything is just working fine.

Where could be the problem? Some Add-on?

    Hello, thank you for your interest in the add-on. - What happens if you log work in the table? - Please switch on the browsers Development Tools, and open the Console tab. I recommend Chrome or Firefox. Reload the table. Are there any error in the console view?
