repo owner Hello Jose, sorry for the late response! Please notice the compatibilities here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216858/trock-timetracking-overview-and-logging/version-history Any more problems, or is this issue solved? Best regards, Johannes

Trying to install version 2.3.1 (both, with version 2.1.0 installed and fresh install). Same error. The first time this problem occurs was updating from 2.5.0 to 2.6.0.

repo owner Hello Jose,
- Uninstall TROCK (not only deactivate).
- For Jira 7.x, install TROCK 2.6.2.
- Is TROCK now installed and active?
- If not: Still errors in atlassian-jira.log?
- Do you use other time tracking add-ons?
Best regards, Johannes

repo owner Hello Jose, I'm afraid I can't fix this. But there is one last idea: Do you use a virus scanner the the server? That might cause the problem. But disabling it isn't an option, I think. Thanks a lot for your interest and your patience! Maybe you give Trock a new chance after updating your Jira to version 8. Best regards, Johannes

Thanks for your efforts. We stay using trock in v2.1.0. I'll try some other things, if I discover something i share it whith you.

Hello,
sorry for the inconvenience!
What browser do you use? If IE, try another one.
Please go to "Manage add-ons" and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click "Settings". Check if "Connect to Atlassian Marketplace" is checked. If so, uncheck, and click Apply. Reload "Manage add-ons", and try to enable TROCK.
At page "Manage add-ons", open the browser's develop panel, go to Console view, reload the page, and try again to enable TROCK. Are there any error messages in the Console view?
Please give me feedback if this helps or not.
Best regards, Johannes
