Fix monthly view

Although the weekly view works fine, we use the monthly view on a daily basis and it is much faster then using the custom view.

    Hello, so the month-view is too slow? To analyse this, could you provide me some details: How many seconds does the month-view take to be displayed, or to navigate to the previous or next month? How many Issues are displayed? If you configure your custom-view to the same start- and end-date as the month-view: Is there a difference in how long it takes to show the view?
