Plugin disabled directly after install due to error "'java.lang.IllegalStateException: Bundle is uninstalled' error due to incompatible Add-on"

Former user created an issue

When installing the plugin, it is automatically disabled after installation because of an incompatible Add-On. I can't find out what Addon it is. I'm using Jira Server Version 8.11.0 and Trock Version 3.0.7.

    It sounds like you might be dealing with plugin cache corruption. Please have a look at issue’s #19 comment from 2020-02-05. There is a checklist you could go through. Please let me now if that helps.
