It does not allow more than 11 manager-groups

In the configurantion page, when you try to add more than 11 manager-groups lines, it reagrups the 12th in the 11th line. So, I cannot add more than 11 permissions.

Hello, sorry for this. In my tests, I can set 15 and more pairs of ‘manager-group’ and ‘user-group’. So I have to ask some questions about your environment:

1. What Jira-version do you use?
2. What Trock-version do you use?
3. Are there error-messages in the browser’s development panel? (E. g. Chrome > F12 > Console)
4. Are there error-messages in the Jira application log atlassian-jira.log?
5. What browser did you use when the error occurred?
6. Does the error occur in different browsers, e. g. Chrome and Firefox? Don’t use IE.
7. Does the error occur at repeating a config-pair already successful set (one of 1 - 10)?
