Wrong error message when launching server when not signed up for training course

When Panorama X server is launched, it checks to see if you have signed up for the training course. If you haven’t the server won’t run. However, apparently it is giving the wrong error message – instead of telling you you must sign up for the course, it tells you that your account balance is less than 2 months (which is also a prerequisite for running the server).
