On Robert Ameeti's system, starting Pan X server now sometimes fails during port availability check.

Issue #1282 resolved
Jim Rea repo owner created an issue

The lsof shell command returns an error, sometimes.

I think the only thing to do is trap the error and just continue without checking for port availability, unless there is some other way to check what ports are in use.

When starting server, now ignores error from the lsof shell command. Fixes issue #1282.

When starting the server, Panorama X uses the lsof shell command to check if the port Panorama wants to use for the server is already in use. However, on Robert Ameeti's machine lsof fails because of a problem with his smbfs system. Now if an error occurs Panorama just skips the check for the port in use.
