lookup function default value cannot be a "bare" field name

Issue #943 resolved
Jim Rea repo owner created an issue

If a database contains fields A and B, this formula, with a default value of simply B, will not work.

‌ message lookup("",A,"x","B",B)

But this formula, with a default value of B+””, does work.

‌ message lookup("",A,"x","B",B+"")

Both formulas work in Panorama 6 (if you add the non-optional summary level parameters), so this is a bug.

The lookup( function now allows a "bare" field or variable to be used as the default value (just as this was allowed in Panorama 6). This also works in the related functions lookuplast(, lookupselected(, lookuplastselected( and table(. Fixes issue #943.
