No inverse reactions for weak interactions

Dear Professor, I tried to run the X-ray_burst and c_o_burn examples, but enable detailed balance for the weak reactions. This does not work and the run ends without a result. Moreover, when running without detailed balance ("False") as in the example, the .log file says that there are in fact no inverse reactions at all.

In any case, I could not enable inverse reactions. Moreover, Y_e does not change in these runs which is weird.

The only run which was able to change Ye is the NSE_evolution one.

To me this seems like some bug, but I could be wrong. Please let me know what you think about it.
