Issue #131 resolved

Allow default MIME type for files without extension

benkrembs avatarbenkrembs created an issue

First off, awesome toolkit! But one thing that bit me is the inability to control the default MIME type for files without extensions.

The current code hardcodes these file types to ""application/octet-stream" However, it's now common to have HTML files without extensions, which won't render correctly with this setting.

I was able to work around this by setting upload.metadata.Content-Type=text/html in my synchronize.properties file, but that's a pretty nasty hack -- this requires me to change the file before uploading anything that isn't an HTML file.
