Issue #2 new

store() should not close the file handle

It's bad practice to close file-like objects you did not create. Closing files should be the responsibility of the code that opened the file, not the code writing to it. I had a case where I needed to do some post-processing on the file, but it threw an error since the file handle had already been closed.
