Extra field not storing

I added an extra field to my Job list.

I want a select box.

When I save the Job the field stays set to active. In database the field8 is empty.

When I deselect the select box and save again the active status remains.

This may be related to Rows Limit

If you can, try tweaking post_max_size and max_input_vars in your php.ini e.g. max_input_vars=2000; post_max_size=20M.

Need to see if this helps resolve the issue ?
