bug when uploading the job application

Hello. I am using job-manager in my web site built with WordPress, but I have an issue when uploading the resume (CV) in the application area. after fulfilled all the items, it asks me to read and accept the privacy policy. but the fact is that have crossed the privacy policy, but not good result. I have set the agreement of privacy item as not mandatory, but nothing works. please could you help me to manage this situation? tks
