Emails from submitted applications are not being sent.

When an application is submitted through the form, it does not send a notification email to the listed email addresses.
Have tried different email addresses having different domains (company domain and gmail) without any success.
Also, tried setting global application email, per job application email, and setting both together.
- Version: 0.7.25
Please review and advise.
It was working up until a month ago.
