configure problem

Stephen Turner created an issue

needed to run autoreconf -i prior to ./configure or ran into configure: error: cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool problems (CentOS6, gcc 4.4.7)

    Thanks for this. This has been fixed by adding the missing files to the repository. Also in the downloads section there is now a complete release (v 0.01).
