0.5.0 Browser Version: New instance of mB with no code in it, runs previously loaded pgm

When a new instance of mB is started in the Browser with no code in it, and the RUN button is clicked, it runs the previously loaded program in the micro:bit. In other words, it does NOT initialize / erase the micro:bit memory upon startup / connection.

This did not happen in the stand-alone version.

I believe this has been fixed in 0.6.9. If not, please make a new issue, ideally with steps to reproduce.
