0.5.0 Browser Version: COPY / PASTE does not work between browser TABs

COPY/PASTE function of windows seems to only work within the same TAB of mB. It does not work across different tabs.

The stand-alone version allowed copying between different instances of execution.

Also: It is possible to Copy/Paste from Browser to Stand-alone and in reverse; however, the Custom Blocks are NOT copied even though they are opened and displayed in the origin editor.

I’ve made some changes to copy/paste and they now work between MicroBlocks in the browser and other apps (on Mac OS, at least). I haven’t tested copy/paste between browser tabs but that should work now. This uses the new Clipboard API which only works in a Chrome or modern Edge browser.
