0.5.0 Browser Version: Block deletion synch problem

Issue #122 resolved
Turgut Guneysu created an issue

If a running program's blocks are deleted from the browser editor, the code in the micro:bit keeps running.

Meaning, it does not reflect the “DELETE” edition to code.

However, after the block deletion, if the STOP button is clicked, then the synch is completed, and code stops running and gets deleted. Subsequent RUN clicks show no activity on the micro:bit.

Likewise, a PASTE of blank clipboard will erase and stop execution on micro:bit.

This might be related to #117, but I am not sure.
