Add ellipses to the end of a truncated string

Add ellipses (…) to indicate that a string has been truncated by the speech bubble. (Suggested by issue #112).

Will be fixed in v1.0.10. Strings over 800 bytes will be truncated to 797 bytes followed by ellipses (…).
