ESP8266 - not displayed in Browser version firmware upload list

BOARDS:

1. LOLIN ESP8266MOD from AI-THINKER
2. WEMOS D1mini ESP8266MOD

This was working OK before. However in version v0.6.6 Firmware 82, it does NOT display the ESP8266 as an option in hardware detected list:

USB connection and chip type is correctly detected:

If firmware is manually loaded, then the Browser version detects the board and connects via USB.

In the stand-alone version, same version and firmware levels, board type it is shown correctly:
