File Open menu does NOT have a filename field.

One needs to scroll through file names to select.

It would be helpful to have this field, the same way File Save has it, and operate such that the typed value scrolls the list to that section of the filenames.

Or alternatively, have a RELOAD PROGRAM option in the file menu.

In normal development, one repetitively changes, saves, and reloads the pgm, specially with LIB changes.

This would save a lot of time scrolling.
