micro:bit program does not run on hardware

Issue #201 resolved
Mark Williams created an issue

I would expect this program to display a graph of the accelerometer data on the screen, but it does not appear to do anything when the run button is clicked.

To recreate:

  1. Plugin micro:bit V1.5 and flash firmware (USB icon lights up green in Microblocks to show connection
  2. Create program that shows acceleration data and press green triangle button
  3. Yellow USB serial LED on micro:bit flashes, but nothing further happens. Pressing green triangle again has no effect

    Hi Mark.

MicroBlocks is a live language. To trigger a script or an individual block, you just need to click on it. What the start button does is trigger all ( When started ] and ( When < > ] hat blocks.

    Cheers,

    Bernat.
