Menu Positions

It seems like the menus that open are positioned at the middle point of the current window.

This makes them jump all the way across screen when working in full screen mode.

It might make a better user experience if they were to open in a fixed location near vicinity of the other menu items in the bar.

Is this still happening? If so, does it happen in the webapp, the stand-alone Windows app, or both?
