Better feedback for large file transfers to/from boards with file systems

When these commands are executed for a large file (on the order of close to 10 secs of loading time), there is no indication of the activity being performed. Thus one is led to believe that the mouse click might not have registered and try again. In that case, the screen goes dim with an hourglass display. And when the op completes, the screen is returned.

Is it possible to give a positive msg of “File being loaded…” to avoid this action / incident?
