Not yet. However, you can access the touch sensor as pin 26 and try writing your own touch sensor code. This article might be a good starting point:

Here’s a first approximation. It’s bit noisy, but it does respond to touch.

This is now implemented as the “Touch (micro:bit)” library in the Sensing folder. It supports touch sensing on both the micro:bit logo on v2’s and on pins 0-2 on both the micro:bit v1 and v2.
