TFT program screen initialization

On devices with TFT screens, a newly loaded program does not clear the screen. And if there was a display and the new program has not displayed anything on screen yet, it looks like the program did not load or run properly.
micro:bit devices initialize the LED screen properly.

Loading a new program now clears the built-in TFT or LED display.
