Expose/add comment block

I was wanting to add a comment and couldn’t find any comment feature

So I created my own block

but then noticed it defaulted to comment2 so I’m thinking there probably is a comment block defined but it doesn’t seem to be exposed even showing advanced blocks - or at least - I can’t find it :)

Yep, there’s a comment block:

It is in the Control category.
