[FR]Allow extract even on last block

Now, I tried to get Jens to go for this but he wouldn’t but your much nicer than him

(He doesn’t come here much does he?)

If I want to drag a block out, I instinctively go for right-click and extract

But this isn’t implemented on the last block because it isn’t needed as you can just drag it out instead

But I don’t want to have to think - is this a last block?

And then have to switch methods.

So, please can I have extract option on all blocks?

Pretty please, with sugar on it

I mean - I did invent the concept :)
