Custom Block Ordering

When custom blocks are created, it would be of great help if the block sequence on the left side block menu area could be manually manipulated by sliding block definitions up / down with the mouse, or some other means. We often have the need to order them based on use frequencies anticipated, and doing this in the text source is cumbersome and also prone to errors or simply forgetting.
