Dropdown menus are useful components. When users create custom blocks, can they make it in the IDE instead of editing text code ?

A UI to add and edit custom menus (i.e. "choices") would be a useful addition. Custom menus should be allowed in projects (.ubp files) as well as libraries (.ubl files).
