add "select broadcast message name" to "broadcast" and "when" block

When using MicroBlocks' broadcast block and when block, the name of the message needs to be entered. Many students will accidentally enter spaces. Whether the message can be made similar to the new message in Scratch, select the form of the message name. Alternatively, you can automatically remove the whitespace characters before and after the message first.
