CPX accelerometer stuck after flashing board until power cycle

Kathy reports: Was playing around with CPX this morning after flashing the latest VM (v194 from IDE 1.2.29) and it exhibits the same behavior as the micro:bit after first power-up and flash => the tilt sensor is "stuck" with static values until after the first power cycle of the board.
