Get latestVMVersion bug

Hi, I want to get latest VM version. However, it return nil when I call latestVmVersion (smallRuntime). I found that class SmallRuntime define global variable latestVMVersion (with uppercase “VM”) and your code use latestVmVersion (with uppercase “V” and lowercase “m”). I cannot create pull request to your code. So can you review consider this bug?

You're right, that's a bug! I've pushed a fix to the "dev" branch.
