Add a language code to the code URL

Would it be possible to add a language code to the code URL? This way MicroBlocks could be opened in a certain language intended by the developer. Maybe a teacher/mentor wants to share some code but when users use MicroBlocks for the first time it will default to English.

Thanks for the link to the Snap! solution. We can do something similar in MicroBlocks.
