Please add sqrt advanced operator

Please add an advanced operator that computes the square root (rounding to the nearest integer). We have identified several use cases, including one in existing library code and a new one for the XRP robot library.

Note: John has already agreed to add sqrt,, so this is mainly a reminder/placeholder for the work.
