Program window restoral

Hi John,

Is it possible to have the microBlocks program start with the same size and location settings for the window as it was last time it was used? It would be a huge help for working on large projects where one has to position several windows on desktop.

I noticed that the COMMAND.COM part of the program does allow this, but not the graphical editor part.
