Added support for scans quality level. This is supported as a new sub-directory or sub-directories in the Expermiment. The list of directories is dynamic and depends on the scan list returned by the XNAT server. This feature closes out a feature request submitted by Tim Olson: 2: We only want usable scans to be displayed at this level.  We want scans of other qualities to be available, but not here.  Our thought was that sub-folders should be created if there are scans of any other qualities.  So, if a session includes scans with a quality of unusable or questionable (or anything other than usable) then sub-folders should be created with the matching quality names.  So,…

Ignore any RemoteFiles that are in a subdirectory in the REST API. This is a temporary fix to issue 11. The long term fix will be to add subdirectory support to the REST API's file resource and make the corresponding changes to the xnatfs Bundle resource.
