Do not upx'd Windows executable
Issue #41
resolved
While executable size decreases considerably, the startup time of invoking uru
the first time (cold cache) takes a couple of seconds.
Having things like Microsoft Security Essentials also slow down startup of the executable a bit, since is highly compressed.
I've upx'd the executable, which just gets a bit fatter, yet performance from a cold cache/startup has improved.
Please consider this for the next release.
Thank you

Agreed; disk space is effectively free these days.
Future releases will not upx shrink executables.
