investigate options for removing wrapper scripts

Uru currently relies on two helper scripts to allow it to function in multiple shell environments such as bash (nix and cygwin), powershell, and command prompt.

  • options for refactoring all script functionality into go and removing helper scripts?
  • downstream impact to chocolatey installs?
