Cannot un-zip Windows 7

When I try to unzip v0.8.0 - v.0.7.6 using 7zip I get the error "Unsupported compression method for 'uru_rt.ext'."

When I try it using rubyzip I get the following error " Zip::Error: Zip end of central directory signature not found"

Can you please help me out on this?

Another person with a newer version of 7zip was able to extract the file

I use the following version of the cmd line tool 7za

C:\>7za

7-Zip (a) [64] 15.06 beta : Copyright (c) 1999-2015 Igor Pavlov : 2015-08-09

to make the .7z archives via this code.
