Spotlight Block Add JA Builder Block???

Why can I not add a JA Builder block to the JA Builder Spotlight block? For example: I want 8 / 4 Spotlight with Hero block in section 8 and Contact block in section 4 Please can you add the ability to add JA Builder blocks to the JA Builder Spotlight
