mod_regex not working

Joseba Echevarria García repo owner created an issue

The regex.c file provided with BennuGD (and originally used with PixTudio) is GPL licensed, which makes it unusable in iOS. mod_regex should be changed to use a BSD-style regex library, with TRE being a good candidate.
