Rename load_wav, play_wav to sound_load, sound_play?

I think the name change of load_fpg to fpg_load and similar was a good think (helps remembering functions).

load_wav and play_wav do not follow same pattern. Besides, since load_wav and play_wav are subject to load and play more than just wav it would be nice to rename it to sound_load and sound_play.
