Fold doesn't work on controller, eventually fails to work on keyboard

This might be related to the detection of not allowing fold if you have no parts.

    I've tested this extensively on both keyboard and gamepad, but haven't been able to reproduce any problems with folding.

    Will reopen if this issue arises again or is demonstrated to be a problem.
