Stingy

An virtual machine for running a lazy functional language. At some point I intend to use this to make a toy Haskell implementation.

Fair warning, I'm writing this with the Rust guide open on one side of the screen. This code will suck. I'll try and improve it as I go but I fully anticipate embarrassingly public mistakes as I learn. No laughing.
