Relative paths are broken if FlatCAM not started from its own folder.

FlatCAM must be started from it's own folder, this is:

cd /path/to/flatcam
python FlatCAM.py

Otherwise relative paths (to icons in the toolbar for instance) will be broken.

Action items:

• Have the program change to it's own directory at startup.

Solved in 05d6add by changing into the directory of FlatCAMApp.py.
