[feature request] offset cutting depth for multipass cuts

Hello. Marlin does not support going past the endstop, so negative cutting depth. Flatcam allows mutipass cutting only when negative cutting depth is specified. solution would be to simply add parameter to specify at which threshold cutting occurs, besides just depth.
