Wrong pad geometry

Hello everyone.

Im using FlatCAM 8.5 to open some gerber files. Rectangle aperture shape and size differs than Gerb view. could you please check when you have time?

@_azgezer The cause for the issue that you are showing here is that the Gerber parser does not have the support for "moving" rectangular aperture, meaning that G01 with a rectangular aperture will not work. As you already could see.

I've added support for this behavior of the gerber parser in my fork of FlatCAM.
