Drill xln files produced by Autodesk Eagle are not compatible with FlatCAM

Issue #323 new
Me created an issue

I see this issue has been reported and there are many workarounds. Unfortunately none of the workarounds worked for me. Sure we can wait until Autodesk Eagle finally realize that they must be compatible with FlatCAM and fix the bug in their software. Please don’t… Just make this small change and help many people who uses Eagle. Otherwise pcb-gcode ULP will win 🙂

I’ve added support in FlatCAM beta 8.9xx for Excellon format autodetection. At least for Excellon files generated by the latest versions of Eagle (> 9.x) on which the generated files are improved.
By the way you’re talking, I assume you are a FlatCAM 8.5 user, version which indeed rely on setting a command line parameter or scaling the Excellon by a factor of 10 when dealing with Eagle Excellon files.

For me works fine in Beta. In stable you can change metric system and see instructions there is some setting needs too change. (Don’t forget to restart the application. It will not apply without restarting. )
