pyopengl-accelerate can't be compiled on Python3.7 on OS X

I have to comment the line with pyopengl-accelerate before pip install -r requirements.txt. It is common problem with cython and python 3.7 as I can understand. But everything works without this package.

Removed from the files as not needed. Fix will be available in beta version 8.99.
